Detox Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie recipe is delicious! I have it for breakfast on most days and the best part is that's good for me! This smoothie is packed full of berries, hydrating coconut water, and other special ingredients to naturally help your body expel toxins.



RECIPE:

1/2 frozen banana

1 to 1 1/2 cups of frozen berries (I used a blend of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries today)

1 TSP of turmeric powder, or a nib of turmeric root

1 TSP of diatomaceous earth

11/2 TSP of activated charcoal powder

1 TBS of chia seeds

1 TBS of hemp seeds

1 scoop of protein powder of choice (optional)

and lastly coconut water, enough to make it blend

Now blend up and enjoy!
